Mercutio the funny guy

         Mercutio is a large part of the Romeo and Juliet story and gets killed of fairly early on in the story. while he was alive he contributed greatly to the story and has created a large reputation for being one of the most favorite characters.

          Mercutio is in fact a funny guy believe it or not. He seems to always have something witty to say in any scenario such as, "If love be rough with you, be rough with love/ Prick love for pricking, and you beat love down."(I,iv,523). or convince people of whatever he wants, like making romeo go to the party and later fight for him. Mercutio is a party animal he loves dancing shaking around getting down its his way of life and that's why people love him its for his energetic silly personality.

          Mercutio is not a Montague or a Capulet he is part of a family and related to the prince still is friends with Romeo and his family and acts like a big brother to them and by that I mean he looks out for them and steps up if there getting bullied, which he dose and that gets him killed.
 "Romeo:And so, good Capulet,—which name I tender/ As dearly as my own,—be satisfied. / Mercutio: Ocalm, dishonourable, vile submission! /Alla stoccata carries it away.

Tybalt, you rat-catcher, will you walk"(III,i,1571)
           Near the beginning of the story when Juliet's parents are having a party Mercutio has the bright idea to go and take all his friends with him and because he is not part of the families he can bring anyone he wants. That's where Romeo finds Juliet and forgets every thing about Rosaline."Romeo: What lady is that, which doth enrich the hand."(I,v,662) Now everything goes downhill from here, more fights happen, Romeo and Juliet get married to young and the same day Mucutio dies, Romeo killed Tybalt and gets banished, Juliet's parents fight and finally Romeo and Juliet kill themselves and it all could have been avoided  if Mercutio didn't drag every one to the party.

           Mercutio is an amazing character in this story and deserves the credit that he has. Mercutio has propelled the story very well and smoothly for the amount of time he was in it and made lots of people laugh .

Mid term post

I have nothing to say right now at the beginning of this post so lets get started.

section A:  I have missed school once and was late once so far other than that I was here                     the whole time. I have been doing the best I can paying attention to you as you talk about what ever you talk about and write down the more important things, Until the laptops got here I was doing my work at my house and still keeping on task. Personal mark of 23/25

section B: My total assignment completion, well I have 7 post not including this one 

and I think it's because I combine multiple assignment that are roughly the same into one post, I also have done the Google docks thing and all the commenting assignments but other than that I haven't gone out the way to comment on multiple peoples post in my spare time. Personal mark of  19/25

section C: Assignment quality, I've said it before and I will say it again when I write I go for quality over quantity, and then on the other side it's possible that I could improve by writing more and add some more pictures because I don't have a ton. Comparing my work to others it's clear I have less words and pictures, those are two ways I could improve. Personal mark of  17/25

section D: class contribution, I chose picture

Just because it may have started some thought even though it was backwards.

I have helped people at my table and others subtlety but that's about it. Personal mark of  14/25

out of all this I would give myself a C+, you may decide to lower it or raise it but I think this is what I deserve.
